I'm curious how some of you get your supplies. Is it just a matter or getting a connection from the right person? Maybe it's easier outside of the US.

There are a couple of suppliers on Twitter who will sell it along with supplies, but some folks buy directly from the source and use medical supply shops for all of the materials.
