Hi,
I am having problems adding a avatar. It says that the picture are to big. I already tried to make them smaller but they are still to big. I would like to request assistance to add my avatar. Thank you.

Some photo or image editing programs will allow you to reduce the file size. Typically, there will be a slider control to adjust file size and/or image quality. If yours doesn’t, use Google to find free or paid applications. There are also websites that allow you to upload your photo and they’ll reduce it for you. Search “reduce jpeg file size” and you’ll find resources.
If you’re on a Mac, I highly recommend GraphicConverter, a free program. In addition to reducing JPEGs, it can convert a wide variety of images to different file types. There’s also ImageOptim than can reduce file sizes of both JPEGs and PNGs. It’s also free. I’m sure that there are similar programs for Windows.

Thanks man, I do everything on my iPhone so if it’s not on there, it’s unlikely I’ll bother to go searching for appsSFBallpumper wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 6:29 am Some photo or image editing programs will allow you to reduce the file size.
