I'm not doubting you.
My first time was about 25cc
Side effects were bad and they took a while to manifest.
Second time was worse but I think I had the fly at the same time.

This evening I pumped for an hour...3 sessions.
Got up to 15.25" around.
By morning I'll be about 14. Pretty sure.

Do you toss the tube if you only use some of it?
Or can you save it for an add later

I agree with both of you. The larger you get, the more that can be injected without pain or complications. Early on I did 10-20-30ml per side and it was mostly pain free unless it settled weird. There were 4-5 adds where I had notable pain for nearly a week though. Too many small adds on one side in a short amount of time was the reason. It had nowhere comfortable to go.

With my current size I can put in 80ml per side and there's zero discomfort at any point. My caution now is making sure that I don't go overboard and put in so much that my personal life is (more) affected.

I reuse SL tubes that have a flip top and keep them in a clean bag to eliminate airborne trouble from reaching it. I would not recommend reusing SL that is not in closeable tubes or that is kept out in the open. At the end of the day just4me is doing it right. Only using them once is the safest option. Is it really worth risking infection for a $5 tube of supplies? NO!

2/3 is still a lot. Ive been following both of your posts on here.
Squirrel put up with my questions for probably 2 years.
Ive been tempted to try and add something like 10cc and see if the side effects i got are not as bad as big loads.
Then I would add that much every week and a half.
I like the size I am now and would be ok with a little more now that things have settled.
May try to pump this evening.

10ml every couple weeks is more than anyone here has reported losing in size over that amount of time. It's too fast to be a size maintenance routine. Do it once, wait 2-4 weeks, then reassess. This path will probably lead to better control of shape than what I've done other than surprise long term lumps from poor injection points.

I appreciated your 2 years of questions about SL in DMs! You wanted to make sure you knew how to avoid complications and what to expect as much as possible. Everyone should prepare as much as you did. SL is nothing to jump in to without a solid understanding of the pros, cons, and process. You probably should have started with the smaller test that I recommended though . There's no need for anyone to rush and repeat my, and now your mistake.

I'm enjoying my size now... but if I approached SL right or had resources to learn instead of blazing mostly my own path, I'd be much smaller, still big (but not this big), and more symmetrical (goal).

TL/DR: Know the goal, research the path, don't repeat others mistakes.

Far as like long term, after 6 months to a year your body will absorb a significant amount and you’ll go down in size. Prior to my last two injections I had not done any in 2 years and there was very few encapsulation areas. Like I said you’ll still have spots but just be sterile, I usually only use a tube within a month period then toss it to be safe.

A couple of thoughts on the 10ml every couple of weeks idea.
So far I haven’t injected less than 25-30ml at one time.
So if 10ml gave me no side effects or a lot less then I would keep doing that every 2 weeks.
The reason I say 2 weeks is because, for me, that when it hits the largest swelling size AND the lump is soft enough to inject more.
If I could match the point where it begins to absorb and become less in size with how much and how often I inject then I could maintain a certain size. In theory.

If I got up to a certain size and only had to add every 3-4 weeks to maintain then it would be good.
I have injected into the same mass multiple times and I think that’s why there is only one lump there. This is another reason that I would like to inject into the same mass over and over with small amounts each time.

Despite the advice I give, and logical plans others have mentioned, I added another 70ml tonight to the bottom/back of the left side of my balls with 35ml syringes and a 18ga cannula. No discomfort at all. Hole sealed with mild pressure in less than 5 minutes. Still trying to get the shape that makes me happy. This is after a 45ml add on the left on 3/15 didn't bulk up the way I hoped. We'll see if I've overdone it over the next 2-3 days.

I've still been measuring 19" when I wake up warm but the right side is 2X the size of the left. The growth on the right is also much further down/back. Daily hidden life has required tucking the right side back and hoping it isn't visible from behind. Left side protrudes forward no matter what I do.

I'll post up pics in the next couple days of what tonights add did and what I look like when I really show off the sides of my balls. I didn't notice it until about a week ago, but the front to back size is crazy. All because I tuck my balls 60-70% of every day and have accidently made them narrow side to side but very big front to back.

At this point 70ml doesn't really add a large percentage of size to the existing mass. I know I got bigger but it's only mildly noticable. My plan at this point is to wait another month or two before doing another add on the left to try to even put the look. We'll see if I can resist the urge.

Between the unpredictability of SL and the fact I'm squishing it between my legs at least 10-12 hours a day to look "normal", I doubt symmetry is even possible. I'd need to be able to wear non restrictive pants and underwear that pushes everything up and forward 24/7 to get what I want. Still happy with how I look. Would just be happier if it was big and symmetrical like some of the animated big ball porn out there.

1:30am started a 60 ml D13.2NS single injection point add to my cock. Finished by 1:50am. Hole sealed by 2:00. Immediately huge and lopsided. Will take some pics before I go to bed in the next 2 hours. Will be sleeping through the biggest part of the swell but will take more pics in the morning after trying to sleep with some type of constriction rings.

More than likely the ring will be too uncomfortable to sleep with and will be taken off. Either way... There will be pics of partial swell, and of morning after.

Same thing happened to me, my right side is bigger. I added more to left side in the past but for some reason the right stayed bigger, it’s kinda frustrating but I have decent symmetry overall. I pumped this week and in an hour blew up to 19.5 inches. Crazy how that stuff swells back up. I’ve not lost any size in the last 4 months. Might be at that point of no return hah. You’re way past that now.

Yeah, I'm 100% aware of this all the time. When I'm walking it's usually tucked so I feel the big soft lump between my thighs. At night when nobody is around I put on supportive pouch underwear and love how it bounces left and right off the front of my thighs.
