I’m wanting to get started ball stretching and have a vague idea on how to start but I have a few questions and I’m really needing a mentor or coach on this so I don’t give up. Any help would be appreciated. Pvt Msg me if you’re interested in making a dream come true.

Plenty of advice on here. A choice between pumping or weights or combination. Weights is my favourite, start with a comfortable weight and as you grow add more. I have been a long time user of weights and all things and now have a stack of weight I leave on most of day. Good luck

About how long should I try and wear a weight starting out. I know it will be a bit uncomfortable at the beginning.

For as long as you can, but only when your balls are on the slack. Once they start pulling up, you’re doing nothing to aid the stretch.
Overnight when you’re warm in bed is a good bet (but not the only one obviously )

6 months of regular weight wearing and then 2 months of pumping was when I really started to notice a difference I think.
I can’t really remember if I’m being honest, so it could have been before that. I have to say though, I don’t think I’d have gotten to the stage I did at that time without the weights, they definitely helped stretch things out.

Try a weight that you can manage and wear for as long as you can. Prepare by a warm massage of balls and stretch your sack with fingers. Fit your weights and make sure you massage often. After a session repeat first part. Don't be afraid to push your limits. I have a pic on my thread of some of my weights. Hey, I hope your ball stretching journey is going well. I used to have really tight balls and wanted them lower and looser. I started just putting a narrow neoprene ring on them and over time increased the width of the ring. After a while I started using weights as well and have had awesome results. Hi Polarbear, I can tell you from my 7 years of stretching always use shea butter and or coconut butter when wearing your weights. This helps the skin stretch and almost eliminate stretch marks. I also wrap my balls with plastic wrap and use sneaker socks to keep my boys warm. I started with tight balls and after time my hang is 8 1/4” with weights and about 6” when loose. My daily weight is 2 lbs 6 oz for 12 hours a day. I believe that my balls need a break at night.
