I agree with Taurox. Start small. 10ml in the shaft or 20ml in the scrotum are good first time amounts to see how your body reacts. I strongly recommend catheter needles. Having a flexible tube inside you instead of a sharp needle tip dramatically reduces bruising from internal cuts. Also if you do your shaft make sure that the end of the catheter or needle isn't too close to the surface of the skin. If it is you could end up with some skin/tissue dying due to the Surgilube blocking blood flow. I ended up with a 1cm necrosis after my second injection in the shaft that took over a month to heal up. You also need to avoid the corpus cavernosa (part that fills with blood when you get hard). It's tough to hit the right spot.
The scrotum is a lot easier to start with. More room for the Surgilube to go in to. Just don't hit a testicle and don't inject so shallow that the SL gets near the outer layer of skin.

That was nearly 100ml, which was probably about 20ml too much. The point was definitely to go big, though I think the greed got the better of me. I had a very uncomfortable couple of days but I'm feeling better now. I realize I probably should have gone grocery shopping beforehand though!

This was over about 1.5 days. The second set of photos was after the first 30ml, and then I went crazy the next day with another 70ml. I'll post some more photos once some of the bruising and whatnot goes away. I think I swelled so much that some vessels or something inside tore and I got some internal blood leakage.
Well i got home and after seeing you i greed got me to too but i put like 200g or almost 2 tubes in my cock , but i dont know were it goes because it goes in to the base or somewere , im not full like you yet but that was only a couple hours ago, but at least my wife loves it
All I can say is good luck! 100ml was definitely too much and I got a lot of bruising and pain. Things are only just now getting to be manageable. Aside from the pain I'm happy with the result and really looking forward to how everything looks after all this encapsulates and the Surgilube is gone.
I know im going to regret this but my mife will love it ,iv done a lot on the past but not this much in one sitting it was just going in to easy , but it escapes out the bottom of the shaft to somwere i just dont know were because it doesn't really make my ball sac swell , but i can already till im going to have a huge doughnut but thats the wifes favorite part

I'll admit I'm already considering adding a little more in a week or two. Getting the end of my foreskin to swell up and keep any size long-term is proving challenging, so I might add more there.
