I don't mind at all! I can try to explain. We essentially followed the generic PDF guide to scrotum saline inflation until we got to the actual inflation, but at the actual insertion step, my boyfriend used references from around this forum and some past experience to proceed. We did acquire some tips that might help others, though!

Essential points to ensuring a comfortable and successful breast inflation:

• 1. It doesn't seem any shapewear or restriction is needed for women with some booby already. It naturally flows in and around the breast without going back into the body for quite a long period of time, unlike other parts of the body. However, it might change at higher volumes. TBD.
  
  2.Get a comfortable environment to be in because it takes a while! As you can see if you watch my video on OnlyFans, I'm sitting at my PC in my comfy chair and am actually watching videos and gaming! lol But I'm upright and comfortable for however long it takes.
  
  3. Make sure the woman has a "Shewee" and a portable container. To avoid moving too much I have these handy to go potty. I got them when I had my BBL since I couldn't sit on the toilet, and it came in handy again! It's not fun to think about, but it's pretty much essential to be comfortable and avoid moving all around the non-sterile house with needles in titties.
  
  4.Warm the saline! The BIGGEST comfort thing we've learned is how essential keeping the saline warm is! My bf was aware of this before we started, but about half way through the saline drops in temp and it starts to get uncomfortable. The quick-fix is to have a small space heater to point directly at the inflation location. This can quickly ease cramps or stings, but it makes the whole room very hot, especially in the south! Next time my bf had the idea of wrapping the saline bags with a small heating pad during the inflation to maintain a constant warm temp, and it seems like a great idea! We'll see how it goes!
  
  5. Be extra certain that the IV lines are purged of bubbles before insertion. As long as you're not in a vein this technically isn't as huge a deal, but we like to be extra careful, and when we did breasts a bubble snuck out of nowhere even after a good purge. We decided to stop all flow, remove the needle, trash it, seal the first wound, and start completely over on the one breast. It wasn't a huge deal because my bf is good with sealing and the needle insertion, but it's better to avoid it for comfort and convenience.
  
  6. From the top edge of the areola insert the needles about 1" up and about .5-1" toward the center of the chest. Using a strong direct light source can REALLY help to ensure you easily miss veins in the boobies!
  
  7. After checking to make sure no blood is returning up the IV line, it's basically start the flow at about 1 drop every 3 seconds and see how it feels. From there speed can be increased incrementally, as long as there's no discomfort. If any discomfort arises, slow or stop the flow, apply heat directly to the chest with a heater until the cramps or stinging passes. Then ease into the flow again.
  
  8. When finished just follow the same PDF inflation guide for sealing, finishing, etc!
  
  9. Waiting 30m to 1h seems like a good idea before starting any play. We were a bit too excited, and I ended up with a little bruising around the insertion point, but it's not bad. Just something to be aware of.

DennaDoll - thank you so much for sharing your results and more importantly the explanation of your process. We're all learning in here. Heck, I've been learning in here for almost 20 years. I've bought all your paid videos on OF to both support your new hobby and, admittedly to entertain myself .

My only notes about your comments are around the bruising and air bubbles in the lines. For air bubbles they are not really a concern so long as you started with ensuring no blood pushed back through the needle. Since you did that you made sure you weren't in a vein. Small air bubbles after that are not really an issue. Think about surgeries where the body is open and then sealed. The air in an operating room is definitely filtered but it is not sterile, and when the body is closed up there is always a little bit of air closed in. All good so long as it's not in the blood stream. Bruising is typically caused by the tip of needles grazing veins or capillaries. More needle insertions and more moving around causing the tip to shift makes more bruises. You might want to consider switching to catheters to significantly reduce the bruising risk. I buy mine on Amazon. They're sold as piercing supplies.

I neglected posting here a bit because it's hard to post and reply everywhere all the time when there's so many places. I'm sorry about that, but I'm gonna include some eye candy from my last 1000mL per breast saline inflation that I didn't share anywhere else and ask a couple of questions of you lovely people!

• I'm going to try Dextrose in my ass next time because my ass inflated so much slower than my boobs that my thought is with extra liquid pull and cell expansion will help get bigger without needing as long of an infusion. Is this a valid approach?

• Are there any other tips or tricks to speed up super slow drips even with a fully open line? It seemed totally random on whether the flow was fast or not. My bf did a 45 degree needle insertion, tried all the way in and came back out some, carefully spun the needle around, and we even pulled an insertion and tried a completely new location with the same results. Sometimes it would have a good flow, but if I would move only slightly it would slow to a crawl, and we could not get it back to faster flows after it happened. I hope y'all can help us out so my next ass inflation doesn't take 5-6 hours!

Regarding slow flow, that happens to us sometimes with my wife's boobs too - we ended up getting a pressure cuff which very much helped. A bit spendy, but well worth it imo.
