Trigger ejaculation with the help of a medicine!

I got Sildenafil AbZ 50 mg on prescription. After taking the medicine, an erection is possible after about 1 hour with appropriate sexual stimulation. After masturbation and ejaculation, which I can then trigger, which is my goal, the erection subsides again. :D
