Anyone know how to make things shrink faster?
I just got a call to go in tomorrow and meet with a client.
Meetings in 12 hours and i just got out of the ASTJ.

COLD will shrink your stuff. An ice pack or even a bag of frozen peas should do the job.
It’s the pleasure of the pressure...

thanks man... didnt think of that.
took a walk in the cold last night.
that helped some. now doing warm to loosen things up
gonna try to wrap with an ace bandage

How did the meeting go? Wouldn't dark trousers and briefs have done the job?

Re: Found this site by accident.
Too much going on for tight bottoms and black pants even.
Chilled my house,
Sat with a bag of frozen broccoli for about 5 seconds.
In the Morning i got nice and warm and loose and did two pairs of bike shorts
and wrapped.
Bulge was down the inside of my leg some and was barely noticeable.
I didn't look to see if anyone else noticed or not. Kept the lights low for the PPP as much as I could.
Presentation went well and I got asked to do some more on the spot.
Presentations range from anything from insurance programs to employees to children's books.
I travel a lot and it pays well. This is the main reason I don't pump like I used to.

I'm out of the tube for 5 days and I'll probably take a whole week off to see how far the left side recedes.

Actually had another surprise meeting pop up and did the same thing again.
This time I tied off and warmed up and wrapped trying to keep from losing too much.
It sucks to pump for a couple of hours and then have to lose it to work for an hours worth of work.
I think this helped and When I went back to pump later it seemed like there was less loss that if I hadnt tied off.
In a few more days I'll post an update on how close things go back to normal.

Your package is definitely one of the hottest on this site. It would be incredible to see the gains you could achieve if you did not have work constraints. Amazing!

I needed to hear something nice today. Had a loss in my immediate family and was feeling kind of low. Here's to Friday and a great Weekend.
Thank you

Took today off from work and got to pump two sessions yesterday for a total of 4.5 hours.
restoration is coming along pretty well.
No need to tape like i used to. No more doughnut because of the restoration.

Re: Found this site by accident.
Its been about 18 months since i first did SL.
But ive still been pumping.
it took 3 20 minute pump sessions in a row ot get above 16" this morning.
I'm glad its Casual friday.
This morning i decided to combone two things.
pumping and exercise.
When i got up to 16.5" i excited and took care of business
then got back in the ASTJ. put on some loose sweats and a long winter jacker
then taped some hothand heaters around the Jar and took a walk.
Pumped up the vacuum to 12hg and headed out.
the extra weight of the water in the tube really pulled.
about 5 minutes along i almost turned back. since it was still before sun up i wasnt worried about anyone seeing and the coat covered it all up 100%
around 12-15 min i had to stop. it all felt so huge and fatter than usual. behind an old pump building by the walk way i used my new hand pump and it had only gone down to 8hg. so i pumped back to 12hg and kept going.
I was able to keep this up for over 40 minutes. finally got home and it looked amazing.
and i didnt have my tube. it fell off so i had to retrace my steps to find it.
My mind was racing thinking about how i was going ot get out if i couldnt find that tube with the fitting.
If you want a really good experience. combine some kind of physical activity with pumping.
Really got my heart rate up and give me a feel for what Squirrel used to go through

J4M, you will have to cobble up a pouch of something to fit over the end of the tube and tie it around your waist, stops you losing it and keeps it tighter to you so as not to loose vac if it starts swinging too much ....

Re: Found this site by accident.
Pipefitter showed a way to do that. I did what he did with a purse about 5 years ago.
BUT
i had zero problem keeping in on. I was about 2" from packing it all the way around and to the end.
Needed it to hang lowish as i walked. The weight felt amazing.
It hurt to get out of it today
