"Forbidden" to reply to a posting

Post by SFBallpumper »

I just tried to reply to a posting (just like I've done many times), but tonight I got this message:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpbb/posting.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I cleared History and Cache, but I got the same error when I tried again. It also occurred when I tried to save my message as a Draft. I'm using 11.1.2 on a MacBook Pro, running High Sierra, v. 10.13.6.

Had this issue several times in last few months and its very frustrating, tried clearing cookies, history etc but that doesn't always resolve. Sometimes its a certain word in post or message that seems to trigger issue but seems random and never the same words twice. Then a few hours later exact post will work fine........
I know that's not much help but it seems to be one of those random bugs that comes and goes with no easy fix, and chatting on other platforms with friends who use this site they have all had same problem at some point.

Same here. I did have a site recommendation with the full Http://www.... included and got the same stuff. Deleted the reference and went through. Maybe the logarithm will not let reference.
