Can't stay logged in

Is anyone else having problems logging in and staying logged in??? I have had problems for the past two weeks trying to log in. I get an error message
that it's the web site that is having problems and it's not on my end. Something to do with "Cloudflare". Anyone know about this???? I tried to
research what this is, but haven't found much about it. Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.
