The new hemostate should work, it has the same kind of teeths of mine.
Regarding the other question, i don't have many updates. I did another small cut, that visually didn't change so much the frenulum. Now i'm trying to use some expansion rings to enlarge the prepuce, because i suspect i have also a problem of phimosis, so i'm trying to solve it before cutting anymore. I started only a few day ago so it's too early to say if it works not, skins seems a little more elastic but it may be a placebo effect, let's see what happens in the next week.
Regarding to sex, i didn't have sex in the last weeks so i don't know if things are improved.
I'll post here when I'll have some updates

I continued with the clamp&cut technique, because it works and it's almost painless.
I made decent progresess, now also during sex feelings are better, i don't have pain but there is still a little discomfort sometimes, so i think i'll do another little cut. Probably i'll also try phimocure rings (or similar products) to expand the foreskin, that is a little tight.
Here are some pics of my current situation:

remainings of the frenulum, there is still room for another cut:
frontal view when erect, there is the maxium retraction i can reach without pain/discomfort:

You can upload the photos directly to the forum. You might have to resize them smaller before doing so, though.

I re-uploaded the old photos, you should see them now.
However, before deciding what to do you should give a look also to tying method. It seems that tying leaves less scarred/rigid tissue if done properly. But in my case the tying method stopped working so i found this alternative method. But overall i'm satisfied with my result.

Max, I see you have a skin solder. The skin from the side of the bridle began to open further, and this spike prevents as I understand the full discovery.

Re: Changing the frenum/frenulum
I don't think that is the problem. Yes, there is a very little skin bridge, but if I pull down the skin very much, i feel pain/discomfort in the frenulum zone, and not in the zone of that skin bridge.

Re: Changing the frenum/frenulum
After the last cut you made, enough time has passed. I do not understand why you are in pain. Can specialists be able to answer this question? Have you tried stretching the skin?
Your cut is very beautiful. The member looks amazing.
If you have time please us with new photos. Thank you very much for your sharing with us.

Re: Changing the frenum/frenulum
I don't feel pain during sex, i feel some pain/discomfort if i pull down the skin very down when erect. I think it's a common thing.
Like i said, i plan to doing also some skin stretching with silicone rings. I've used them 2 weeks in may, but after that i stopped. I prefer to do it in the winter months for comfort/hygenic reasons.
Maybe i'll post some new photos when i have time, but visually they are very similar to the older photos you seems. However, from a functional point of view things improved a lot after the last cut (no more pain).

Re: Changing the frenum/frenulum
There are other ways you can remove your frenulum.
I have heard of another method but have not tried it.
This method of removing the frenulum should be relatively bloodless.
It should go like this. Dip the penis in ice water for about 5 minutes to avoid pain. Then pull back the foreskin completely and sterilize the frenulum and glans (glans) with alcohol or similar. At the bottom of the glans, pierce the frenulum as close as possible with a sterile suture needle and draw through a sterile thread. After that, all you have to do is make a strong knot to cut off the frenulum. After a few days, the tissue in the node has died and can be severed easily and almost bloodlessly. As I mentioned above, care must always be taken with this method to be extremely clean to prevent inflammation.
I found an interesting contribution to this method. http://www.voy.com/190293/23.html
Netnic, describes very well here how he has removed his Frenulum Praeputii without cutting.

Re: Changing the frenum/frenulum
I haven't read anything about frenulectomy here for a long time. Is this no longer an issue here? I mean, just benefit from a frenulectomy not an uncircumcised masturbator. Because he can then stimulate the Glans very well with his more flexible foreskin.
