I have noticed in these type pix, men are filling their sac from the bottom. Is there a good reason for this?Any problems filling from top of sac? Getting ready to do saline for the first time. :roll:

That is the prefered method of the people in the pix. But you can infuse fron also the to of the scrotum too.
