Dextrose Availability in US

Happy new year, folks. I'm trying to find Dextrose in my usual places, (I'm in the US) and have looked at Atlantic Medical as referenced by someone here. Atlantic Medical sells Dextrose ONLY by the case. Other sites are consistent in asking for a prescription or doctor pre-approval before purchasing.

Am I missing something here, or is the case the only route to go? Thanks in advance....

Atlantic Medical does sell D5NS (5% dextrose in saline rather than water) by the individual bag.

This is actually a better solution than D5W. It has a higher osmotic value that pulls more of your own fluid into your scrotum so you continue to "grow". It is my fluid of choice. There's my 2 cents.

Thanks again. Here's first round of 1000 ml 5% Dextrose and Saline combo. Can't wait to push it to 2000ml.
