questions... help... advices

hello
this is my first tour in this part of the board. I usually pump my balls, but never considered salines seriously.

I 'd like to receive advices on how to start.
forget about the things needed, cause I found website selling the whole kit,
just please explain me... the basics.

I tried saline once with a friend working as paramedic.
this time I d like to try it alone.
