Large hole in the foreskin

Hi guys
I think you know the video of the guy, who has large holes in his foreskin and can pull the cockhead through them.
I wonder how you can make such a large hole. Is it possible to stretch a hole of a piercing until it is that large or do you have to cut it with a knife? If you have to cut it, is it necessary to sew it, so that it can grow together or not?

I think they are piercings that have been stretched over time. Foreskin is a different type of skin than other places on the body and its very stretchy. I think it could be pierced and stretched very easily to the point of inserting tunnels of larger and larger sizes. Just my thoughts on this.

It looks like a rare kind of circumcision called 'buttonhole' circumcision'. As I see it it, this is not really a true circumcision because the foreskin is not removed, but rather, a large piercing is made. The glans can be posted through the hole or retracted back at will - the best of both worlds really, as the glans can be kept moist by keeping it inside the foreskin or allowed to dry out by having it protrude through the slit. I have looked it up on the web and have found out that the cut heals really quickly because the glans keeps the cut surfaces apart and erections actually cause the cut to close up. Ideal! I wish I had one........

I've had mailcontact with the owner of this great cock and asked him the following question:

"I admire the holes in your foreskin. They are just great.
Please tell me, how you have made them. Have you made a piercinghole and stretched it until it was that large, or have you cut the holes with a knive?"

His answer was:

Thanks for the message, and I'm glad you like the holes in my foreskin. They are a lot of fun. I made the holes about 30 years ago, way before body modification and piercing became popular and so common. Also, I used VERY primitive techniques that would make today's modification artists cringe. First, I selected a place on each side of my foreskin that didn't look like there were many blood vessels. Then I punched out the holes with a leather punch set on the biggest hole (like the holes punched in a belt). Then I cut each hole larger with scissors, and finally sewed the inner and outer layers of foreskin together all the way around the hole with a needle and thread. This is necessary to keep the two layers from sliding back and forth over each other and so that the holes would heal open, and not grow back together. So you see, it was quite a process. I went to see a doctor a couple days later to show him what I had done, even though I wasn't having any problems, and he gave me some antibiotics "just in case." Everything healed just fine, and I've never had any problems with them.
