This week I had the pleasure of trying saline for the first time. What a ride! My introduction was through two sessions....one on 9/24 and the second on 9/28.
The first session (9/24) I took a bit less than 1L. Took a long time (about 2.5 hours) due to caution for the first time and a small needle (30-gauge?). Great stretching afterward with a return to normal in about 48 hours. Totally different experience from ball-pumping!

Second session was on 9/28. This time I went for 3L given that my ball-pumping experience has left me with a fairly loose sack. Took about 2 hours this time to infuse 3L because a larger needle was used (21 gauge?).
Although I took about 2.8L (did not fully empty the bags each time), I probably only have about 2L in my sack. Quite a bit of saline went into my abdomen during the infusion, probably because my sack cannot yet stretch enough to accomodate 3L.
Nonetheless, I felt that I got some outrageous results that I have been enjoying for the last few days. Can't wait to experiment further!
