curious, I got mine at http://www.stockroom.com/. use penis plug as your search term, they have many styles. This one is not easy to insert if you are new at stretching but its quite a thrill when it finally goes in. Yes, it has a hole in it so you can pee through it. I don't know how long you can wear one,maybe more experienced guys on here have the answer. I usually wear mine only for part of sex play, so maybe an hour or so is the max for me.
