Nice pics , does the 160 come from a 500ml bag, if so do you throw away the rest ??

i'm using 500ml bag and i didn't throw away the rest of it. i just transfert in few 50ml seringue with new steryl needles every time. the only difference, the rest have not the same result.... less more.
