Hey there,
I use a 20g catheter when doing a simple infusion to my balls. I don't know if its normal but I end up using about 4+ catheters each time due to them bending / not infusing properly (is it normal to use so many in one sitting?). I guess I wondered if going down one to 18g would help it be more sturdy and consistent? I am worried about it being painful though, 20g isn't really difficult to insert but its slightly painful.
thoughts? also do you switch sides to fill your sac evenly when infusing or do you insert in one spot and it fills it out?
18g needle for easier infusion - yay or nay?

I only have experience of using 18g catheters, but I never have issues with then.
One needle, little pain, limited leakage... They work for me.

I used an 18 last ti.e and it went quickly and without problems. I totally recommend the 18.

agree with the above poster. pressure cuff works great. we use one for my wife's boobs with 21g needles. 60cc syringes w/ 20/21g needles for labia. we used 18's before, but they leak for a lot longer afterwards even with liquid bandage/waterproof bandaids
