Surgilube placement

Ok so has anyone done surgilube in the inner most sac were the testicles are vs in the sac were it creates a pocket? I've done it twice and ended up with the pockets and having it encapsulate.

Newbie here.
encapsulate... do you mean it just formed a lump? or mass?

Means the body sections it off and you get like a firm but not hard lump. Body consumes it over time.
