My first ballsac inflation

I did my first ball sac inflation with 400ml of saline. It was hot, I worked all day in the yard with my heavy balls swinging.

Most of the time im pumping my balls .dont get to have any time for saline or d5w

Yesterday I infused 750ml saline in my ball sac and then pumped them bigger this morning. Now I working in the yard on a hot sunny day with my balls swinging.
