How do you release the air out of your sac after an inflation?

you can force it back out the needle hole but N2O is reabsorbed very quickly by the body. for me it goes down 90% in a few hours. the last 10% can last a couple of days but isn't really noticeable size-wise, mostly just sounds hollow when you tap the area :)

Hi! You don't need to force anything out, even if you leave it fully inflated it will reabsorb very quickly. About pumps I use N2O crackerImage. You can see it has 2 holes, you put IV line into one and block the second one with your finger if you decide that flow won't hurt you.
Other stuff you need is PVC:

and IV line:

How would I connect an IV line to a whipped cream dispenser if the lime don’t fit?

You'll need to cut off the end of the drip tube where the spike is, across the blue line in this pic:

The clear tube fits perfectly over the dispenser's "spout". Just make sure to swab your knife with alcohol first and the tube after you've cut it.

Good luck!
