I have been a lurker on here for many years, as you can see by my post count, but thanks to a forum member I was able to get some saline supplies and gave it a go and got 1.5L in on my first session!
My fears of inserting the catheter needle were unfounded and I had no complications such as nicked veins etc.
My balls stayed huge for days! I was sensible and did the infusion on a friday night to let things go down over the weekend.
The images are in no particular sequence or time lapse as I was just enjoying the experience, next time I'm going to try to take photos at regular intervals so I can show the growth.

Even though the results look great, that needle stuck in the balls gives me the heebie-jeebies.

now that is a great fill. Nice and tight! 
That's the catheter sleeve that you're seeing. The needle enters the skin, and once at the proper depth the needle is removed, only the sleeve remains.
