Everyone is different, but in my experience I have accidentally done something like this. I was using 5% dex and some of it migrated all below my belly button. It was a hard feeling to express, but it felt uncomfortable because it felt like there was so much pressure, but it was just the fluid doing that. Unfortunately I didn’t take pics, but my whole, “base area” was so swollen and big.

It won't make much difference and will probably put t on more pressure on your scrotum than you'll enjoy...I'm talking blistering and sweating...
Everyone is different but in mt experience most areas of your body are somewhat compartmentalized so by the time it's expanding up , you'll be way over the limit in your sac...would make more sense to tie off around your waist to keep it in your belly...
