I second this question. I also live in Europe, and I've been dreaming about a saline infusion for years!! Still haven't found a dealer.
Someone should start selling kits through Amazon.uk

You definitely need this:
Isotonic Saline Solution 0.9% Art. No.: 131321
Intrafix Air P 150 cm Infusion Set Art. No.: 60254
Butterfly Needle 21G, 0.8 x 19mm, green Art. No.: 134331 Maybe a litle to much...
What you also need are alcohol wipes and gloves.
Maybe someone else can say more....
