First time saline injection

I have bought syringe 60ml needles and saline as a friend suggested and now about to inject into my scrotum. The majority of people in here are using infusion with lots of saline. Is injecting small amounts ok into the scrotum as suggested to me?

Hey there! There's nothing wrong with injecting small amounts, of course. However, since you're going through the procedure to poke a hole in your skin (and taking all the necessary precautions and associated risks) why not get even bigger?
As long as it felt good for you and you enjoy the results, that's what really matters.
