boom! a little motivation and in a very short order you dropped a lot of weight into those balls, welcome to the 4 liter club. any migration to your ass or abs? how many days till you got back down to normal? you couldn't haven't gone out in public like that!

Thanks for the encouragement, good to be in the club. Only a small bit of migration to my lower abdomen. Was house bound for a couple of days but well with it. When i get a good pump I do get camera happy, so more pics to follow. cheers, my friend, ellery
