after 3 days the pain is completely gone, the balls are still the same size.
The size of the balls is perfect for remaining discreet in public and does not bother to walk.
I can perfectly feel where the KY jelly is set up and there or there is none.
I will try to inject a little lower soon but first I will wait for the volume to decrease a little even if I would like a result a little bigger, because bigger I think it will still remain quite discreet.

I injected again 50cc of saline and 20cc of ky on each side yesterday morning my balls being almost back to normal hahaha
I'm not going to inject again before everything is back to normal, you have to stop
I have some pain again but less severe than the first injection
It does look great. Can you tell me (or refer me to) how to mix the saline and the KY? You mentioned that you could feel where the KY was located, did you try massaging it to spread it around?

I first injected the saline solution and then the ky without taking out the needle and I massaged a lot.
now i have a kind of block right in my scrotum. it doesn't bother me but it's not very aesthetic
