Thanks man, I'm taking pictures for each pump session for the first two weeks and
will then take it as it comes

Apparently for at least a week no caffeine if not two weeks along with anything other than
Tylenol as you don't want to take anything with anti-inflammatory properties including CBD
products and certain foods as you want that inflammation. I was told no Ginko which I don't use
any way but Arginine, Cittruline, and various ED meds are okay though
