Yes, gravity is the problem. I roll my foreskin over my glans as soon as it is possible. I have found that doing this creates pressure within the foreskin and the lymphatic fluid redistributes about the entire foreskin. Gives me a really nice chubby. Hope it will do the same for you.

I must admit one thing I tried a few weeks ago, and it did work, is to massage the fluid around the shaft. To my amazement it did work.

Yes, that works. My suggestion is the same but you're leaving it up to your foreskin to do the work. Having a straight out wank also works too.
