I was around 6 inches long I dunno, like 12 years ago? I'm 36 now, and a smidge over 7 since I started.

A quick high pressure 10 minute session 1-2 times a day does wonders.

What about your girth? Have you gained much in the way of it? Also these 10 minute sessions, can you go into detail? I ask because I'm looking for new ways to approach this. I've been up to 15hg for like 30 seconds at most just going up and down repeatedly during a 30 minute session. Maybe conditioning to stay at high hg for 10 minutes might be better.

If I want to get an easy session out of the way, I'll do a pump session in the shower, which is around 10 minutes, I'll start by going to 10hg as a warmup for a few minutes, and then I'll take it to 12-15 for the remaining time. After 10 minutes of that my cock will be a bit plumped up, like so:

If I can get 2 sessions in, one early in the day and one in the evening, great, otherwise I try to get at least the one.
