Trying to understand terminology used for the word PACKED when describing enlargement in the tube. Do most people use the word pack as:
1. filling the tube to the end as length?
2. Filling the tube touching the sides as width?
3. Filling the tube so that all enlargement is full width and length of the tube?
Pumping: Pack,Packed?

Re: Pumping: Pack,Packed?
It’s girth packing, as some big tubes are made to always have air space for length
