S-shape after pumping

Hi all,
I was wondering what is the reason for having s-shaped cock after pumping.
When I pump my cock, it expands fairly uniform, foreskin grows a bit more but no huge donut. There are some spots, below the foreskin area, that expand weaker though.
My cock after pumping and massaging is also almost uniform when hard, but gets the s-shape when soft.
What is the reason and how to avoid it?
Any experiences or suggestions?
Is this only a problem of uncut guys?

The reason is the tight areas contracting first. Keep massaging to help loosen them up.

Different for everyone. Due to how much and how often you pump. Do some over packing on occasion. You can use Shea butter daily to help loosen up your skin, or what ever works best for you. Massaging between pumps. A good cock ring to hold your pump a while ( your comfort level ). Have also used a shea butter and calendula oil mix when pumping. Helps before during and after.
