Noobie(ish) question about cock rings

Cock rings. Use during the pump and leave on for how long after? I tried one last session and was impressed with the result, gained so much I need to go to a larger size. Any response appreciated

i use the silicone gel cockrings when i pump. while i'm pumping, i stretch
them out and slide them down over the tube and once i've finished, i'm
able to slide them down over my cock and balls. as for how long you
can leave them on, i don't think you should leave them on for more than
maybe 30 minutes. if you leave them on for very long, they will start
to hurt and from my excperience, its not a very enjoyable feeling.
