After a break of almost 3yrs from pumping

I haven’t posted here in a very long time and had thought I gave up pumping 3 years ago due to some of the unwanted side effects from pumping I gave it up got rid of my gear and just stuck with a manual PE program.

I recently ordered a standard 2 x 9 tube and just received a 2 x 9 thickwall tube (I used to fill 2.25 & 2.5 x 9) pretty well). I researched pumping carefully and realized I wasn’t doing it properly, overdoing the pressure and frequency of sessions primarily, not giving enough breaks in between along with using a pump with a gauge and reservoir cup for hot water pumping. I’ve been keep steady pressures of 2hg-5hg then quick bursts of 7-10hg’s with an immediate cut of pressure followed by a short break and 5-10 minute breaks. I also do various jelqing in between along with hot water soaking at the end of a session as well sometimes every other day

I will post a thread with a recent thickwall session I’ve only had that tube for a few sessions and already packing it.

I also clamp a bit at the end with two cock rings for a short period

Welcome back! Glad to see that you have done your due diligence and are pumping in a more healthy manner. I've personally been out of the tube for over ten years and don't know when I will be able t start again. I miss it.

Thanks I've definitely done my due diligence. Yesterday I got carried away, I pumped twice several hours apart for around 2.5hrs each session, however I kept a low pressure of 2-5hg's with short burst going up to 7-10hg's and took many breaks combined it with jelqing. I will post those later.

I use these cock rings for several minutes to help with clamping, it really gets my
cock engorged to full capacity and I've found it helps to cement my workouts along
