I have a pump

I have pump but I just can’t seem to get a good seal. What am I doing wrong?

Use plenty of lube.
And trim close or shave your pubes.
You may have a cylinder that's too large or a leak somewhere in the system

Thanks for the advice I have another question though. The pump I have doesn’t have a pressure gauge on it so it’s hard to tell how much I’m using is there a way to get the right amount of work pressure?

As a newcomer to pumping please err on the side of caution. Enough vacuum to hold the cylinder on when you're standing up, plus a little more would be my advice - should not feel any real tightness or discomfort. Higher levels of vacuum can come in time when you are more accustomed to it
