Silicone Donut/sleeve

Yet again my groin is going through a tender stage. Been looking for a good thick donut sleeve to fit 2" and 2.25" cylinders. All I can find on line seem to be thin cheap looking items. Anyone out there able to point me in the direction of a supplier of decent quality sleeves /donuts. Any info would be much appreciated.
