Water blisters
I get water blister from time to time when pumping and i never know if i should pop it (but sometimes it pops on it own) or let it go away on it own ? And how long should i wait to pump again? Thanks for the help

Don't pop them. That lymph fluid is your body's defense for protection. Sorta like a built in bandage. You can put a band aid with Neosporin (Cream type Not original) over the blister which will cause it to heal a bit quicker. Generally wait for about 10 days. You need it to heal as too quick to pump again will cause it to go deeper into the skin and scars which will cause De-sensitivity. If a big and deep blister, you will scab over. Don't bother that either and keep with the band aid and Neosporin. Been there. Next time be careful of time and vacuum. Low and longer time generally will produce good results.
