A proper stretching devise such as a Proextender (get it from DHGate.com) is the best way. Having said that, jelqing as often as you can will help too.. I jelq when I get up in the morning and before I go to bed. I have often Jelqed in bed, if it is cold. I jelq about 200 stokes 100 Left and 100 right. When I go to the loo, I jelq before and after (if I'm not bust'n). Just 50 before and 50 after. Not much but every little bit helps.
