General impotence tips

I thought I’d help with ways to deal with the most common causes of impotence:

Foods:
- Mix equal parts pumpkin, almond and sunflower seeds. Have at least a small handful or two each day. Eat lots of whole grains and other seeds in general, but canned is nutritionally worthless (proof if you Google the usda nutrient database). Packed with relevant nutrients.
- Eat 2 dozen oysters a month. Or at minimum take 30 mg of zinc.
- Eat seafood in general or else take 6,000 mg fish oil.
- Watermelon including inner (white part) rinds are great. Slice up the melon and eat throughout the week. 1/4 of a mini melon a day. Provides nitric oxide. So do many other foods including seafood and your body can’t make nitric oxide without them, but watermelon is stronger. And it has other nice nutrients too. Supplements are either too low dose or else very harsh on digestion when not bound to food (diarrhea, etc.).
- Eat a large salad of endive hearts each day. There are countless amazing recipes, or simply top with dressing. As one of the most nutritious and tastiest foods in the world, it is well worth the price. If it’s making you gassy, try home made kefir made with kefir grains not powder to help get your gut started. Once it gets better you no longer need the kefir, but it doesn’t hurt. That’s the endive prebiotics, which is just one of dozens of benefits in very high quantity. Unlike the “every vitamin and mineral” BS “superfoods” or green powders that contain hardly any of each one.

That should address most issues.

Herbs:
No you can’t skip straight to the herbs unless your sexual health is already good. The issue is primarily foods. If anything you could omit all herbs and do only foods if you like.
- 2,000 mg **50% saponin** shatavari extract. Don’t worry if it says it’s for women. Boosts hormones in both genders (and no you won’t get the other gender’s hormones).
- 500-1,000 mg **100:1** tongkat ali extract.
- Optional 320 mg saw palmetto *extract*.
- 1 capsule vitex. Even a low dose maxes it out. Alternatively 150 mg L-dopa from at most 25% L-dopa mucuna pruriens. So 600 mg of the 25% for example. Or optionally both for some people.
- Optional: 300 mg icariin from horny goat weed extract. For example 1,500 mg of 20% icariin.

That should make your testicles 10 times larger (a little over 2 times longer in 3 dimensions, still not nearly as large as saline/pumping), and more importantly it’s functional: testosterone, libido, muscle gain from workouts and other sexual function increases tremendously. Primarily from the first two herbs. Optional last two are more for refractory time / being in the mood and erections. Again, foods are much more essential for sexual issues and this is more of an extra boost beyond simply correcting issues.

Random dood, Oysters i can't be doing with but the zinc is ok. You talk of 2 doz oysters a month so am i reading right that it's 30mg of zinc per month.
