Ball sac strain?

I wore a 30 oz weighted collar for about 9 hours a few weeks ago and I think I strained a ligament, nerve or something down there. Sac is still hanging low but it aches from time to time. Anyone else overdue it with ball stretching or pumping? If so, how long did it take for things to return to normal? I've laid off my stretching and pumping for a few weeks but I'm itching to jump back into it.
