Bruising

Are there any tricks to prevent bruising? I pump at 4-5 PSI and still get it.

Not painful at all. Just discoloration on my scrotum

Do you pump dry or wet?

Do you use anything to keep your balls warm? If they’re not warm, they won’t really want to grow and this can make them turn red and bruised looking.

If your balls change colour add some hot water to your pump it will take it off. Try it first it will prevent it

Are you taking aspirin? Aspirin can make you bruise easily.

I wet pump with heat. It’s bruising. I’m going to keep the PSI down to 3 or so and see if that helps

I find these day after resting i look bruised and a bit blotchy. After a few hours and a good soak in a hot bath they all but go and by the end of the week i'm back to normal until i rest again.
