Your pics are terrific and you've achieved excellent growth so far. In my experience, I achieve maximum results when I start in a smaller, straight-sided cylinder such as a 3.5" diameter. GENTLE pressure (avoid the temptation to ratchet up the pressure when you see your cock and balls filling the tube). Slowly, your sac will stretch more lengthwise rather than solely in girth. Then, you could graduate to a 4" cylinder until you fill that. Then, slide into the huge cylinders (like the ones you are using now) to achieve pure girth in your more elongated sac. Hope that makes sense. Everyone has a different goal though. It may be that you don't care about length but only about girth and if that is the case, your current program is working beautifully to achieve massive nuts! Congratulations.
WARNING: If you do scale down to a 3.5" or 4" diameter tube, be aware that you will be putting more pressure on the head of your cock and the bottom portion of your sac....stay very hydrated and take lots of breaks to massage and watch carefully for the dreaded water blisters. They are not fun.
