2 hour pump tonight! Not as big as I have been, but they are heavier than usual.

I feel like I've hit a plateau. I'm not sure where do go from here? I've been using my stj exclusively and tried to pump for 3 days straight last week. 2 hours, 2 hours, 4 hours and didnt get much bigger, but did make my groin very sore.
I'm using warm water, Epsom salt and a heating pad. I keep my pressure between 2 and 3. I can go as high as 5 but 4 and 5 get uncomfortable very quickly.
I'll keep pressure on for 10 mins or so at a time until my body says it's time to take a break (I don't time it).
So I sit and watch TV. Pressure on. I also change my water every 30 mins or so.
Any other tips? Any suggestions on technique, duration, frequency?

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and low hangers don’t come overnight. Unless you’re actually stretching beyond your boundaries, growth will take months and years of dedication...

Have you got any ball weights? These are absolutely necessary in order to speed the process up, but even then it will still take time.

I used weights exclusively for a good three months before I even knew what ball pumping was, and I used them prolifically, wearing them 24/7 as often as I could, but particularly overnight when everything was warm and more receptive.

You should consider some too, you can get them cheap enough on eBay.

Buy a single 39/45mm ring (or an oval one which may be more comfortable) to start with (or one of each) and see how you go. Once one is comfortable add another, and so on.

Two years I’ve been at this and it does work, my balls after five days of doing nothing are still bigger than they were before I started and hopefully in two years time, they’ll be bigger still.
