I’ve been full package pumping for years and sometimes still feel a weird extra ache in my testicles when I first start a session.
I’m usually a long session very low HG 1-2 and only do a few extra bursts to 4-5 HG near the end.
If you are starting to pack your tube it increases the pressure so ease back and keep it low and safe.
A slight break wouldn’t hurt
Sometimes the body just goes through phases and it will pass but watch it and make sure it’s not another issue that should be checked by a doctor
