Need some info if anyone knows.
Left side stays a lot bigger than right side.
like 3x as big and thats after not pumping for 5-7 days.
but its really hard and now maatter how hard i squeeze it doesnt hurt.
I even hit it with my fist to see what that would do.
No pain.
Anyone know whats going on with the swelling and hardness?

Update
Turns out I have a hydrocele.
Before all this Covid-19 mess I went in and they did an ultra sound.
Actually went in twice to two different places. Good insurance and second opinions are always good
Told them about the kick and other trauma
and the pumping
When I pump it's definitely bigger than when I don't pump
After not pumping for a week its still 3-4 times bigger than the right side.
No pain. It's firm bordering on hard.
I look lopsided but I kinda like things to not be too symmetrical
Turns out I have a hydrocele.
