Just wondering what is good to to stretch the ball out so I start getting low hangers, or should I just keep use the tubes that I have, but I know it takes a while to get low hangers

I find stainless steel works best for weight and I only wear them at night due to convince and my balls sag more at night while warm in bed. This lets me wear more weight comfortably.

Just buy a couple of different sizes. If you’re going for stainless steel (cheap and easy on eBay) then buy a 39mm and a 45mm. You might even need a bigger size, but at only $15 a pop, you’re not going to break the bank finding the right size. Besides, if the size is wrong, you can always clean up after trying on and re-sell.

Warm up your balls so you get a bit of hang and put one on. It really is that easy...

You can start with manual stretching.

Use some heat to get as much relaxation as possible and simply massage down and stretch. If you do it enough you’ll grow some extra skin and then you can work in weights
