I'm still pretty new to pumping so I don't feel qualified to give any advice. You should ask some of the veteran pumpers, they will give you much more detailed answers, I think .

My guess would be that regular pumping results in quicker size onset.

You’re exactly right. And you look hot. You’re going to be a Monster if you keep this up!

It gets easier and faster if you are consistent.
Also, did you happen to have any retained size from prior sessions when you had the one hour session?

Everyone is different. Some of the more experienced guys get even bigger than that in an hour. Some new guys get more expansion than others right off the bat.

Or higher pressure...which is not recommended..especially for a beginner. Slow and steady...you'll get there.

I’m certainly no monster, but I get the best results when I’m warm. Balls, pumping or not, always shrink when they’re cold. Since I have long legs, that means I have to wear socks. If it’s chilly, I have to wear a t-shirt and sweatpants. I also wrap a heating pad around the cylinder. Pumping in warm water is also good.

Staying hydrated is also critical. Drink LOTS of water

Most importantly, relax. No part of your body can stretch if it’s tense. To me, pumping is like meditation. If I have a good day and get huge, that’s fine. If I don’t, that’s OK, too. At least I got another session in.

Absolutely love the look. Whatever you are doing seems to be going great! I would love to enlarge my package to look like that. Will go back and read your previous posts to see how much vacuum you are using though if you are still making your own vacuum using your mouth then even more applause.
