Maybe PumpToys reads these forums regarding BullMasters... If they'd slice one in half & add flanges (like Monster Jr) and a better cushion - We'd all be dragging balls!
I have a regular Bullmaster I've outgrown. Maybe I'll look into trying it myself... Film at 11.

Well I may go away and rethink my manufacturing techniques. I did consider a long time ago slicing a lighting globe in half and gluing on a flange but never got round to it and don't think the results would have been worth the effort it would take with the hand tools I had. However for the kind of size I want a split tube like the monster would be needed.

I doubt PLA would be strong enough... I'd experiment with other filament, though. It'd be opaque - bummer. Other way is 3d print mold & figerglass over it. Still opaque. Or, get with someone that knows acrylic.

OMG! Very impressive ingenuity. I have tried making different types of seals/cushions but they never last long. I have gone thru 2 STJ silicone seals but they eventually tear. They are also too small.
I looked up the epoxy you used. That stuff is expensive! The cheapest I found it was $22.95 on e-bay, Wal-mart had it for a little more. Right now my weather stripping seals are holding. So I will hold off but save this post. Thanks for the info.

I'm taking some time off so I can return to "normal" as well, and do my lump checks but also to see what my un-pumped size is for record - do we ever measure ourselves when "small? - and to see how big I can get in say two weeks of pumping from scratch.

I really enjoy hiking nude & pumping outdoors. My home-brew seal on the Bullmaster allows walks with pleasure & smooth to fit under loose clothing.
