Thanks Tim, I just pump when I can and atm its usually Monday, Thursday & Friday for 2 x two or three hours at max 4Hg

Palmers Raw Shea body lotion and plenty of warm stuff when I’m pumping.

Last week the weather here was also particularly warm and I had no shrinkage for about a week, so everything was floppy as hell for several days which really helped as there was little force trying to squeeze all the fluid from my sac back out. It was great!

This week it’s colder and I’m back to a walnut! 😆😆😢
